Cancellation Policy
We ask that all clients arrive 15 minutes early for the appointment to fill out all required forms. Clients that arrive more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be required to reschedule their appointment if there is not sufficient time to complete the service, and are subject to a charge of 30% of the cost of the service. The amount of time a client is late will be factored into the remaining time of the scheduled service. We ask that clients cancel or reschedule an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Clients who do not reschedule or cancel an appointment at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will be charged the 40% fee which is nonrefundable and all fees must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.
